Return Policy

We want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, contact us at service@alveriona.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Return requests should be made within 30 days after delivery unless a different period is required by applicable law or stated on the product page. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories when applicable.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, personalized products, used items, damaged items caused by misuse, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a defective item. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
