Shipping Policy

Alveriona ships orders to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier service, and order details.

After an order is placed, we process it as quickly as reasonably possible. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, supply delays, or carrier disruptions.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur because of customs review, weather, incorrect addresses, carrier volume, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address mistake, contact service@alveriona.com immediately with your order number.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
